After my birth experience, I realized that I love pregnancy and birth. No matter what experience you have, any birth can be a positive one.

As your Doula, I am here to remind you that you can feel empowered before, during, and after your birth. From prenatal to postpartum, I’ll be there to hold your hand (and maybe your partner’s hand too) and make sure you have a birth plan and birth experience that aligns with your values and preferences.

From a thorough birth plan, comfort measures during labor (yes, foot massages are included), and postpartum check-ins, with me as part of your birthing team, anything is doula-ble.
